Payment Policy

• Full Payment of Air ticket and visa and 30% of Land arrangement at the time of booking.
• Full payment require on confirming Hotel and on tour services as per cut off dates.
• If Departure within 30 days then full payment at the time of booking.

Cancelation Policy

• Once Air Ticket booked its comes under cancelation , charges may vary as per departure date or in case air tickets are purchase under non refundable scheme then no refund possible.
• Visa rejections are not under control of any travel agency, actual visa fees + Service charges will get deducted in case of any rejection.
• Tour postponed or date change not allowed once Air ticket / Visa issued, cancelation charges applicable.
• We cannot block or hold any services on time limit basis, once payment done can process actual booking.
• Full cancelation applicable on account of cancelling any cruise booking.

General Notes:

• Dollar rate is subject to change as per prevailing rate only.
• Any increase in Airfare/ Airline taxes charge by the airline applicable.
• Increase in Visa charges applicable
• Surcharge applicable during peak and Event Period.
• Visa documents need to submit as per cut off dates given as per destination and time require for particular visa, any delay in submission we will not responsible.
• Passenger above 65 years of age will have to submit medical reports.
• 15 days prior to departure payment will be accepted in Demand Draft / cash only
• Hotels/ Itinerary are subject to change at the time of actual booking.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the package tour price includes.
