Just wanted to provide you with the feedback from our trip. I has approached Swati of HB Services FZE through my office colleague. She had helped us for passport renewal last year as well. This year we were planning for an abroad trip to enjoy our year end holidays. Swati suggested for Almaty - Kazakhstan (a scenic location in central eurasia). I was hesitant initially since we had never heard about this city. However we liked the place upon searching on google. Swati assured the trip would be well within our budget as well. Swati planned the itinerary such that we did not have to spend an extra penny on the trip. It included everything right from our flight tickets, visa, hotel stay, food, sight seeing, entry fees etc. She had arranged for everything before we start our trip. Our stay was arranged at a four start hotel "Grand Opera" and the room had an awesome view. The guides (Tota, Tosha, Arai and Katherine) were very warm, helpful and arranged for everything as and what we wanted. Not only that the Indian food was awesome but they also went above and beyond to arrange for an Italian restaurant when we expressed our liking for that cuisine. They also helped us to get good deals while shopping. Swati was in Canada for another group tour; however she was contacting me everyday ensuring we were having a good trip and face no issues. Golden Triangle Tour 1st May to 6th May 2017 We really enjoyed the trip, thank you for organising it. We appreciate how responsive you were and especially how you kept us informed of everything.
